It is with sadness that I share with you the passing of our classmate and friend, Jewel Smith Jenkins, earlier this week. There is no further information at this time.
I remember Jewell from Woodbury Junior High. We both were in Mrs. Klein's world history course where we did a project together. Somewhere I have a photo of the two of us with Mrs. Klein in front of our project. In recent years, I have often wondered where Jewell's life led her. If anyone has information, please post it or let me know by email. It is sad that Jewell is one of the classmates who passed away too early.
